Why we use your email

When you join the waitlist directly or choose the optional waitlist checkbox while signing in, we save your email address, the time of your opt-in and any campaign source. The legal basis is your consent. Signing in alone does not subscribe you. The waitlist form does not create an account, charge you or subscribe you to unrelated marketing.

Storage and recipients

We store registrations and aggregate page counts by campaign in Supabase and host the website with Vercel. Our own page counter does not use tracking cookies or store individual visits, IP addresses or device identifiers. Campaign source is kept in your browser session so we can attribute a sign-up. Resend delivers the single welcome email and any later Auditiny launch updates you agreed to receive. We do not publish your email or the list of registered people. Only the total number of sign-ups appears on the page. Provider processing may involve countries outside the European Economic Area under their applicable data protection safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep your registration while the waitlist is active, and remove it on request. If we do not launch Auditiny within 24 months of your sign-up, we will delete your waitlist email unless you have asked us to keep in touch.

Your choices

To access, correct or delete your information, or to withdraw consent, email hello@auditiny.com. You may also complain to your local data protection authority, including Spain’s AEPD.
